About Our Founders
Rio and Ashley are Co-Founders of Tampa Bay Executive Support Services. Rio has served in the United States Navy for the past 17 years and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona. While serving, Rio has managed a portfolio of over $2M in real estate properties spanning across four states. Additionally, Rio has served as part of several Executive Staff teams for five 4-Star General Officers/Flag Officers, assisting in the management of administration, travel logistics, executive protection, planning and all operation aspects to the full-time schedule of the highest-ranking members of the US Armed Forces. Rio has planned over 100 missions into 38 countries with deeply rooted connections with foreign country teams.
Ashley serves as a Maintenance Officer in the Air Nation Guard for the past 18 years, with 6 years on Active Service. Ashley serves as one of Tampa Bay's Family Nurse Practitioners, with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and has served the Tampa Bay community as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for six years. Ashley has held several roles throughout her career, working up from a highly sought after RN in her department, to becoming a Charge Nurse and eventually a Manager of several Emergency Room RN's. Ashley epitomizes the meaning of selflessness and has a dedication for helping others through her passion for the Nursing profession.
Their mission is in providing high-end family management solutions for affluent households in the Tampa Bay area, helping busy high-net-worth individuals reclaim time by handling daily stressors like transportation, medical needs, and administrative tasks.
