Rio
Co-Founder and Director of Executive Transportation
Rio brings more than 18 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy, including extensive leadership of executive protection teams for five four-star Generals and Admirals across U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). He has planned and executed over 100 missions in 38 countries and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona, along with one of the nation’s highest security clearances. His experience managing complex protective operations in high-threat environments, combined with deep local relationships across Tampa Bay’s business and community leadership, forms the foundation of our security-aware transportation and logistics services.
Ashley
Co-Founder and Director of Executive Health
Ashley serves as one of Tampa Bay's board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners, with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and 6 years in the Emergency Room as a Registered Nurse (RN). Ashley has held several roles throughout her career, working up from being a highly sought after RN in her department, to becoming a Charge Nurse and eventually an ER Manager. Ashley epitomizes the meaning of selflessness and has a dedication for helping others through her passion for the Nursing profession. A 19-Year Veteran, she continues to serve as a Maintenance Officer for F-35 Stealth Fighters in the Florida Air National Guard and holds certifications in CPR/Basic Life Support, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Her clinical expertise, leadership background, and genuine commitment to patient-centered care make her the ideal leader of our Executive Health division, delivering discreet, high-quality medical support directly to clients’ homes.
Together, Rio and Ashley founded Tampa Bay Executive Support Services with a shared mission: to provide high-end family and principal support solutions that free busy, affluent households from the friction of daily logistics, health access, and operational details.
