About Our Founders
Rio and Ashley are Co-Founders of Tampa Bay Executive Support Services. Rio has served in the United States Navy for the past 18 years and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona. While serving, Rio has managed a portfolio of over $2M in real estate properties spanning across four states. Rio has served on management teams responsible for the executive protection for five different US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and US Central Command (USCENTCOM) 4-star Generals and Admirals, averaging three years with each, and maintains an extensive network of senior military, civilian, and government principals. This experience, combined with local relationships across Tampa Bay’s business and community leadership, informs every protective transportation and logistics engagement. Successfully planning over 100 missions into 38 countries with deeply rooted connections with foreign country teams, there is no other company that will better serve your Executive needs.
Ashley serves as a Maintenance Officer in the Florida Air Nation Guard and has served our nation for the past 18 years. Ashley serves as one of Tampa Bay's Family Nurse Practitioners, with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and 6 years in the Emergency Room as a Registered Nurse (RN). Ashley has held several roles throughout her career, working up from a highly sought after RN in her department, to becoming a Charge Nurse and eventually an ER Manager. Ashley epitomizes the meaning of selflessness and has a dedication for helping others through her passion for the Nursing profession.
